坐 禅 会　2018 - 2019 年

日時：毎月第1・第3月曜日：18時～20時
場所：上智大学内クルトゥルハイム１階左の部屋
２回坐り、間に講話があります。
初心者も歓迎です。遅刻も不定期の参加も可。
但し、祝日８月全体は休み。

：秋川神冥窟 １泊2400円程度
申し込み締切りは初日の7日前
参加される方はシーツ2枚と
枕カバーをお持ちください。

ZAZEN Practices 2017-2018

The first and third Mondays of each month: 18:00 - 20:00
(Except national holidays, August 1-31, and New Year holidays)

Place: Sophia University (Jochi Daigaku)
3mins. walk from JR / Subway Yotsuya st.
Kulturheim 1F, left room
-Two times sitting, in between a short talk in Japanese.
Beginners are welcome, too. Late coming possible.
Free of charge.

Sesshin (Zazen Retreats) 2018
3rd May (Thursday) 11:30― 5th May (Saturday) 12:30
10th August (Friday) 11:30―12th August (Sunday) 12:30

Place: Akikawa Shinmeikutsu (Zen Retreat House)
-Fee per day: 2,400 JPY+heating costs
